Nuocai Talent Pool 2025 Overseas Recruitment Kicks Off with Success in Malaysia!
Malaysia Tour Ignites New Engine for Global Talent Collaboration
On May 12, Mr. Yan Jiyong, Chairman of Nuocai Talent Pool, led the recruitment team to Malaysia, marking the official launch of the 2025 overseas high-level talent recruitment campaign. Centered on "precision talent acquisition" and "collaborative technological innovation," the trip facilitated in-depth collaborations with top-tier institutions like the University of Malaya (UM), driving resource synergy between Zhejiang’s key enterprises and Malaysia in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence and green energy. This initiative injects fresh momentum into China-Malaysia industry-academia-research partnerships.
UM Job Fest Highlights: Global Talent Extend "Olive Branches"
The University of Malaya Job Fest on May 14-15 became the pinnacle of the tour. Competing alongside Fortune 500 companies and Southeast Asian tech innovators from China, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, the U.S., and the U.K., Nuocai Talent Pool’s booth attracted a continuous stream of global professionals. Nearly 100 high-quality resumes were collected across AI, new energy, smart manufacturing, and more.
Professor Dr. Zamri Radzi, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs at UM, visited the booth to award Nuocai Talent Pool a commemorative trophy, recognizing its pivotal role in bridging international talent networks.
Elite University Collaborations: Paving Pathways for Innovation & Talent Synergy
During this trip, in addition to offline recruitment efforts, Nuocai Talent Pool team visited several universities, including the University of Malaya (UM), and conducted face-to-face discussions with dozens of professors, two of whom are Fellows of the Malaysian Academy of Sciences. The collaborative fields spanned welding and joining technologies, additive manufacturing, quantum optics and quantum communications, fungal fermentation, rehabilitation engineering, nanomaterials and catalytic technologies, as well as photonic materials—particularly OLED materials.
Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on talent recruitment and future prospects for technological collaboration. Malaysian academia demonstrated strong enthusiasm for partnering with enterprises, universities, and research institutions in Shaoxing Zhejiang Province, expressing particular interest in joint talent development programs, technology transfer and commercialization, and collaborative R&D initiatives.
Global Strategy Sets Sail: Malaysia as a Strategic Pivot and Future Blueprint
From specialized recruitment fairs to multidimensional industry-academia-research collaborations, Nuocai Talent Pool’s Malaysia tour has not only secured a "successful launch" for its 2025 global talent reserve but also vividly exemplified the company’s globalization strategy in practice.
